I loved the location of this place. It was near the Museum of Prehistoric Thira, and close to the shops in Fira. the hosts, Nick and Marina, were also nearby. the residence had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television, which were great amenities.

The food was excellent with a lot of alternatives. Truly enjoyed the way my premier residence was arranged with a balcony, the shared veranda, unparalleled view from the south end of Fira.
Hard to think of anything!

Location is excellent. Ten minutes to the centre of fira, but as it's on the cliff side so it's quiet as well. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The view is also perfect.

The location and view outside of the hotel was excellent. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious.
For a 5 star hotel, we found the linens/towels to be sub par, the bathroom was not in particularly good condition (the sink did not drain), and there was no hot water. While there is a small pool available, what you do not realize is that it is in the lobby area/dining room with no lounge chairs available, making it awkward if not impossible to utilize.

The room I booked was reasonably large with a balcony overlooking the caldera. I found the hotel's location stunning and magnificent, not far from the city center, downtown, shopping, and transportation hubs.

The manager and staff were so accommodating and helpful in their efforts to make our all too short stay memorable. From meeting our ferry to the fresh orange juice on arrival and the dinner on our balcony, no detail was left unturned. The views from the hotel are incredible as is the beauty of the hotel itself. We were treated with such grace and consideration, it was difficult to leave this beautiful place.

The breakfast is the best I've ever had.
The toilet in our room is leaking and the flush is not working properly.
